The film starts where the past film finished. Ragini's MMS tape has turned into a web sensation - alongside gossipy tidbits about the house's spooky nature, where the MMS was recorded. This grabs the eye of an unpleasant chief, Rocks (Parvin Dabas) who chooses to make a motion picture on the frequenting. He signs an ex-pornography star, Sunny Leone (Sunny Leone) as the lead performer and chooses to shoot the motion picture in a similar house where the MMS was recorded.
